[UPDATE] SKYPE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTABLE ATTENDANCE FOR THIS EVENT. That’s because we’re going to set up a second CST sometime after the holidays. If you cannot physically attend this CST, you must attend the next one.
The is the MANDATORY Customer Service Training for the 2016 Repair Station convention season!
We’ll go over some basics of customer service and apply them to the Repair Station. We’ll also do some role-play to make sure every staff feels at least somewhat prepared for the Repair Station.
This will be held in the meeting room in the Northeast Branch of the Seattle Public Library. If you’re coming from UW, the 65 will get you there, or the 71 gets you about a block away.
IF YOU WANT TO WORK THE REPAIR STATION BUT CANNOT ATTEND THIS MEETING, LET US KNOW ASAP. If you have a good reason we may be willing to excuse you, but please note there are a lot of changes that need to be explained for this year, so simply being a veteran staff of the RS is not reason to miss this meeting.
Since this meeting will happen at the start of the UW winter break, a lot of you may be out of town. We will look into setting up a Skype chat or equivalent for those physically unable to attend to listen in. Please still let us know your status, and details will be released closer to the event.
