As promised, here is the option for the CST make-up! You will need to attend either this one or the first one IN PERSON. If you are unable to physically attend either, please let me know and we will come up with a workaround.
The is the MANDATORY Customer Service Training for the 2016 Repair Station convention season!
We’ll go over some basics of customer service and apply them to the Repair Station. We’ll also do some role-play to make sure every staff feels at least somewhat prepared for the Repair Station.
This will be held in the meeting room in the Northeast Branch of the Seattle Public Library. If you’re coming from UW, the 65 will get you there, or the 71 gets you about a block away.
IF YOU WANT TO WORK THE REPAIR STATION BUT CANNOT ATTEND THIS MEETING, LET ME KNOW ASAP. If you have a good reason I may be willing to excuse you, but please note there are a lot of changes that need to be explained for this year, so simply being a veteran staff of the RS is not reason to miss this meeting.
